She has worked as a practising Legal-Labour Consultant since 1992 until joining as Associate Professor in the Area of ​​Labour Law and Social Security at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche in October 2011. Previously, and as Associate Professor, she combined both activities. She has taught Labour Law, Community Social Law, Trade Union Law, Integrated Practices and Socio-Labour Policies in the degrees of Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration and Business Statistics. As for her research activity, she was a member of the research project of the National R&D&I Plan, The temporal construction of time from a gender perspective: from conciliation to co-responsibility, subsidized by the Women’s Institute.
